Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of OpenClaw Setup. You bring your own LLM keys and are responsible for their costs. You must use the service lawfully and accept responsibility for your agent’s actions.
Service description
OpenClaw Setup is a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw. You sign in with Google, connect a Telegram bot and an LLM provider, and receive a running AI assistant on our infrastructure. The service is operated by Lemon AI LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Bring your own keys (BYOK)
You provide your own LLM provider credentials (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). You are responsible for all costs billed by your LLM provider. We do not markup or resell LLM usage. Usage and cost visibility are provided in the dashboard for your control.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Abuse, harass, or harm others
- Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive workloads not intended for the platform
- Launch attacks, spam, or unauthorized access
- Create, store, or distribute illegal content
- Violate third-party rights or applicable laws
We may suspend or terminate access for violations and report unlawful activity to authorities.
User responsibility for agent actions
OpenClaw assistants can execute shell commands, call tools, and automate tasks. You are responsible for:
- How you configure and use your agent
- Actions your agent takes (including shell execution and automation)
- Data and credentials you provide to your instance
We provide the platform; we do not control or endorse how you use it.
No warranties; limitation of liability
- No warranties — The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Limitation of liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemon AI LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if greater).
Termination and data handling
- You may stop using the service at any time — Export your workspace and configuration first; secrets are excluded or redacted in exports.
- We may terminate — For violations of these terms or for operational reasons, with reasonable notice where practicable.
- After termination — You can export your data before we delete it. We retain metadata for up to 90 days for soft-deleted accounts per our retention policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
